CREW MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE

With more than 20 different nationalities in three locations ashore we offer a truly diverse and international team. We will select and recruit from our pool of talent suited to your ship requirements. Our crew management teams will use our global system and multicultural competence to plan, rotate and manage your crews ensuring their welfare, documentation, salary and travel needs are met efficiently.

One of our main differentiators is our proven capability of integrating newbuild vessels into management, seconding our officers and seafarers to the yard together with our superintendents to ensure class requirements are met and the process of commissioning and delivering your newbuild vessel is taken care of every step of the way from sea trial to maiden voyage.

Where regulations stipulate local crewing of a certain nationality, Seavie offers crew managers who are fluent in the relevant language and who can easily integrate into a shipowners organisation as local point of entry.
